Exporting

To use the bibliographic information from your results in an external application, you can also export one or more results in different formats.

Exporting all results

Click on one result within the result list or the tray and press Ctrl-A to mark all results. Press the export button (see screenshot) and a dialog will open. Within the dialog you can select the export format, choosing between HTML, RIS and Bibtex. A preview will show you the result of the export and you can either save it as a file or copy it to the system clipboard.

Exporting one result

Select a result from the result list and press the export button. As an alternative method, you can choose the export link from the detail view (see screenshot). This method will also export the additional details (like the abstract) shown.

Exporting multiple results

Left-clicking on two results from the result list or the tray with the SHIFT key pressed will select those results and any in between. Left-clicking on a result with the CTRL key pressed will add this result to the current selection. After selecting all results, press the export button.
